Carlo Gavazzi offers a comprehensive range of digital panel
meters and digital displays (current meters, ammeters, voltmeters,
frequency meters, temperature meters and temperature controllers,
tachometers, and rate meters) for the OEM, Panel Builder,
Instrumentation, and MRO customer. Covering most input types
(current / voltage / temperature / resistance / RPM), our digital panel
meters are well suited for your display requirements. The UDM series is a hi-tech modular panel meter family developed to
meet your most advanced application needs. The series is available
with either a 3 1/2 digit (UDM35) or 4 digit (UDM40) display. It can
also be ordered without a display and be used as transducer or
signal conditioner (USC). The UDM series accepts most signal inputs (current, voltage,
temperature) and offers an analogue output as well as up to 4
digital outputs (relay). Since these are modular meters, outputs can
be added at any time in the field. Remote monitoring via a PLC or PC
is possible by inserting an RS485 communication module into the
meter. In this way many meters can be monitored without adding a lot
of expensive analogue cards to your PLC. The UDM40 meter also features a 3-colour display allowing at a
glance indication of relative operating condition (OK - Green,
Caution - Yellow, or Alarm - Red). Furthermore, the UDM40 is also
able to handle and correctly display non-linear signals.
Thermal Edge Inc.
Thermal Edge air conditioners range in size from 800 to 24,000 BTUH NEMA 12, 4, and 4X and hazardous location enclosures and run on 120,230
and 480 Volts. The Thermal Edge design utilizes thermal expansion valves
resulting in higher efficiency over a wider temperature range than our
competition. The design also eliminates any liquid condensate and
requires no drain tube. The unique design vaporizes any condensate.
Units up to 8000 BTU will fit onto a 12" enclosure. The compact CS unit
will fit in a 8" enclosure up to 1200 BTU. Coated coils are available for
corrosive environments. Optional integrated heater designs are
available. All units come standard with a state of the art
programmable digital controller.
Unitronics
 Unitronics
combines a PLC, Operator interface control panel and
alphanumeric or graphical display all in one unit. This is a unique
product that reduces wiring, takes less panel space and is much lower in
cost than buying, programming and installing separate components. Controls
are programmed in standard ladder logic and all software and programming
cables are included with the purchase of the control.
The M 90 and M 91 includes a single line display 15 sealed membrane
keypads. The Vision 120 and Vision 230 includes all the above with an 8
line , 128X64 Pixel graphical LCD display and the new Vision 280 offers a
touchscreen display. All controls can include: up to 128 I/O, High Speed
counter, Analog, PID, Temperature TC inputs, RS-232/485Modem, GSM
Wireless, Modbus.
